JVC Separation Engineers Pvt. Ltd., an ISO-2008 company involved in manufacture and supply of quality and efficient separation equipments.

Established with the aim of producing quality machines which are highly efficient and cost effective, the company as a private limited entity was registered in 2001.

The overall expertise of the company for design and supply of Gyroscreens dates back to the year 1996 thus having a foothold in the competitive market for past 13 years and have supplied more than 3000 machines till date.

With a decent manufacturing facility at Mhape, JVCSEPL has made a mark in the Indian market as well as markets in Middle East, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Africa, U.K., for its quality machines which are working round the clock with utmost ease and efficiency.

JVCSEPL has a range of GYROSCREENS (circular vibrating screens) models ranging from 600 mm to 2100 mm dia available in single and multidecks in both MS and SS contact parts to suit the screening requirement.

INFRASTRUCTURE

JVCSEPL has a well equipped manufacturing facility located at Mhape, Navi Mumbai, designed to handle production of about 250 machines of various models in a year.

About 12 experienced personnel are involved producing quality machines by putting in their best efforts to meet the customer requirement to their fullest satisfaction.

The shop floor is well equipped with Lathe machines, Welding equipment, Calibrated measuring and testing instruments to ensure that components manufactured are error free.

Most of the components are kept ready to ensure speedy delivery of spares as well as Gyrsocreens to the customers.
